SHIPPING POLICY

Overview
At Wax 5th Ave, all products are handcrafted and made to order. Please allow additional time for preparation before your order ships.
Processing Time
All orders are processed Monday through Friday during business hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing, in addition to the shipping time selected at checkout. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: $8.99 on orders under $75
- Free Shipping: On all orders of $75 or more
Shipping rates are calculated based on your order total before taxes. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when your order meets the minimum threshold.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Warm Weather & Heat Sensitivity Policy
Wax products are sensitive to heat. During periods of high temperatures we may recommend, or in certain cases require, expedited shipping for certain destinations to protect product quality in transit.
If expedited shipping is declined, or if a package is left outdoors, in a mailbox, parcel locker, or otherwise unattended after delivery, Wax 5th Ave is not responsible for melting or other heat-related damage and refunds will not be issued.
We strongly recommend ensuring someone is available to receive your package promptly, particularly during summer months.
Delivery
Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient. If you believe your package was lost or stolen after delivery please contact the shipping carrier directly. Wax 5th Ave may, at its sole discretion, assist you in filing a claim where applicable.
Carrier Delays
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier. Wax 5th Ave is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before being resent. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from address errors.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at wax5thaveco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. Please see our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because our products are made to order we begin processing your order quickly after it is placed. If you need to make a change or cancellation please contact us as soon as possible at wax5thaveco@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once production has begun.
