Wax 5th Ave LLC offers its products with the terms, conditions and notices as follows. The following terms and conditions apply to all sales and uses. Please review carefully. These terms and conditions include limited warranties and disclaimers of liabilities. Keeping, using or allowing use of Wax 5th Ave LLC products indicates your agreement to these terms. If you do not wish to agree to these terms, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to begin the return process.

This products are offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein.

  1. Use limitation

You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell, any information, software, products or services obtained, from Wax 5th Ave LLC website or its products.

  1. Warning

Use and misuse of products sold by Wax 5th Ave LLC involves serious risks including injury, disability, and death. Purchasers assume all risks.

  1. Assumption of Risk

The products sold are highly flammable, can cause allergic reactions due to their ingredients or cause fires if used inappropriately. By buying, using, or allowing the use of Wax 5th Ave LLC products, you understand and agree the risk attached to flammable products and, to the extent permitted by law, YOU EXPRESSLY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME THE RISK OF FIRES, HEALTH ISSUES, DEATH OR OTHER PERSONAL INJURY SUSTAINED WHILE USING THIS PRODUCTS. Additionally, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Wax 5th Ave LLC harmless from any third-party claims arising from consequences of negligently using these products.

  1. Inspect Before Each Use

This product must be inspected for use to ensure it has not been damaged in shipment. If damaged, do not use and immediately return the product to Wax 5th Ave LLC for a replacement.

  1. Applicable Law

Your order from Wax 5th Ave LLC, and this disclaimer statement are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

DISCLAIMER: PLEASE USE CARE AND PRECAUTIONS WHEN USING CANDLES. BURN AT YOUR OWN RISK. IT IS RECOMMENDED TO PLACE A LIT CANDLE ON A HEAT RESISTANT COASTER/SURFACE TO PREVENT ANY POSSIBILITY OF HEAT DAMAGE. Wax 5th Ave LLC ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE THAT MAY OCCUR DUE TO MISUSE OF CANDLES, AND CANDLE BURNING. KEEP AWAY FROM FLAMMABLE ITEMS, CHILDREN AND PETS.!

Safe burning tips

Keep your burning candle in sight and away from drafts. Always place it on a flat, heat-resistant surface when lit. Keep the candle away from children, pets, materials that can catch fire, and other heat sources.

Never move your candle while it is burning or still hot. Only move it once the flame is extinguished and the wax has cooled. Pouring or removing liquid wax from the vessel may cause the wick to extinguish and affect the future burn quality of the candle.

Never leave your candle unattended.

Wick care and treatment

If your candle flame grows to over 1 inch high or the candle begins to smoke, then carefully extinguish the candle, allow the wick and wax to cool, and trim the wick to 1/4 inch. Remove and discard all wick trimmings before relighting the candle.

When to stop burning the candle

When there is approximately 1/4 inch of wax remaining at the bottom of the vessel, extinguish the wick and recycle the vessel according to the guidelines provided by your local recycling facility.

Our products are made with naturally derived ingredients, which in rare cases may cause sensitivity in certain individuals. If you have any allergies please read the product label carefully. We recommend that people with sensitive skin perform a patch test first to ensure there is no reaction. Discontinue if irritation occurs.
